Dermal fillers are used to improve skin texture (including age-related lines and wrinkles) or to sculpt specific areas of the face (including lips, checks, or chin). Fillers are very safe and well tolerated. The cost is proportional to the area and amount of filler used, and typically ranges between 0.5-2 syringe. These products typically last 6 to 18 months.

Dermal fillers are a non-surgical cosmetic treatment in which a gel-like substance is injected into the skin to smooth out wrinkles, lines, and other signs of ageing. They are commonly used to contour and shape the face, as well as to plump up the lips, cheeks, and under-eye area.

The most common types of dermal fillers are derived from hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance in the body that aids in the maintenance of hydrated and elastic skin. The hyaluronic acid in the filler attracts water molecules when injected, plumping up the skin and filling in wrinkles and lines.
